How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

No recurring charges

Our services are not sold as subscriptions. You are never billed automatically on a recurring basis, so there is nothing to cancel after a job is paid.
